The visionary founder of Aadi Shakti Sangeet Kala Kendra, Mr. Atit Kumar Pandey, envisioned a world where the richness of Indian classical music resonates in every household and transcends geographical boundaries. Guided by the blessings of his esteemed gurus, Pt. Birju Maharaj Ji and Shri Suresh Wadkar Ji, he laid the foundation of this prestigious institution at a remarkably young age.
A distinguished exponent of Kathak and Hindustani classical music, along with a versatile command over Bollywood singing, Mr. Pandey stands as a musician par excellence, known for his depth, precision, and artistic sensibility. Gaining recognition through The Voice India, he has since mesmerized audiences with numerous acclaimed stage performances.
The academy’s journey found a powerful new dimension with the association of Ms. Aparna Pathak, an exceptionally graceful and accomplished Kathak exponent,enriched with more than 25 years of training under esteemed gurus of kathak. Having showcased her talent on various television reality shows since childhood,the Star plus face, she brings both experience and elegance to the institution.
Crowned Miss Navi Mumbai, her unwavering dedication, discipline, and passion for the art form are deeply reflected in her teaching, nurturing students with both skill and artistic integrity.
Together, this dynamic duo, fondly known as Atiparna are passionately committed to preserving and promoting the essence of Indian classical music and dance on a global stage.
From its humble beginnings in 2011 in Navi Mumbai with just a handful of students, followed by expansions to Mumbai (Malad) in 2012 and Dubai in 2013, Aadi Shakti Sangeet Kala Kendra has grown into a thriving institution. Today, it imparts quality education in music and dance to thousands of students worldwide through both offline and online platforms.
